Assassin (H) Class Guide (Assassin) — strengths, skills and step by step

The Assassin (H) is the fast killer who lives off critical hits and constant movement. A straight-to-the-point guide for beginners who want to learn close combat with style.

by admin 6 min read

In short: The Assassin (H) is a nimble melee fighter who bets on speed, evasion and critical strikes. It is the perfect class for anyone who likes to be fast, mobile and always on top of the enemy.

Picture a silent hunter who prefers the quick knife to the heavy blow. The Assassin (H) is not a tank that soaks up damage: it is the wind that cuts before you even notice.

Playing an Assassin is a dance. You close in, land several hits in a row, count on lucky criticals and pull back before taking too much damage. It is a class that rewards anyone who enjoys constant pressure and movement.

The Assassin (H) is the starting point of your evolution line: Assassin (H) (Starter). This is where you learn the basics of mobility and quick damage before moving on to the stronger professions.

Strengths

  • Extremely high Dexterity (the highest in the game) — with DEX at the absolute top (100th percentile), your hits land more often and crit far more frequently. In practice, that means more burst damage and fewer missed attacks.
  • Excellent Strength — STR is also near maximum (98th percentile), so every basic hit already strikes hard. Combined with criticals, you create damage spikes that drop targets fast.
  • Above-average toughness — CON at the 61st percentile gives decent resilience for such an offensive fighter. You are no glass cannon: you can trade a few blows before retreating.
  • Good movement speed — with run speed at 132, you reach and flee from enemies easily. That is gold for choosing who to attack and when to leave a fight.
  • Solid physical defense for an attacker — your base physical defense (80) helps you hold the melee while you pour out damage. You trade blows without melting instantly.

Weaknesses

  • Low health (at the bottom of the ranking) — with around 1527 HP at level 85, you die fast if you stand still taking hits. Tip: never face several monsters at once without healing or support.
  • Low mana — with around 698 MP at level 85, your skills run out if you overuse them. Tip: alternate basic hits with abilities so you do not drain the blue bar.
  • Almost no magic power — with INT at the 7th percentile, forget any magic attack. Tip: focus 100% on physical damage and criticals, which is where the class shines.

Class-defining skills

  • Strike — your offensive physical strike (an attack that deals direct damage). This is the skill you will use all the time to tear chunks off the enemy right from the start.
  • Dagger Mastery — a passive that improves your performance with blades and daggers. It is the heart of your damage: it makes every hit with the right weapon more dangerous.
  • Light Armor Mastery — a passive that boosts the use of light armor, giving more defense and bonuses without weighing you down. It is what keeps the assassin fast and protected at the same time.
  • Lucky — a luck-based passive that helps in the early levels. Small bonuses that add up while you farm early on.
  • Fitness — a conditioning passive that reinforces your basic combat attributes. Think of it as a silent upgrade that makes you tougher day to day.
  • Change Armor — a toggle ability that adjusts your defensive stance/gear. Useful for adapting your protection to the situation of the fight.
  • Shield — a passive that improves shield use, adding defense when you equip one. A good resource to survive the more dangerous moments.

Attributes: what to prioritize

The Assassin (H) is a physical crit attacker, so everything revolves around hitting fast, landing the blow and critting. You want offense and accuracy, not magic.

  • DEX (Dexterity) — your number one priority: it raises critical rate and accuracy. More DEX = more hits and more devastating blows.
  • STR (Strength) — second priority: it increases the physical damage of all your hits. The more STR, the stronger each attack.
  • CON (Constitution) — third: it gives more health and resilience, important because your base HP is low. A bit of CON keeps you alive longer.
  • INT/WIT/MEN — you can ignore them for damage; they are magic and mana attributes that this class barely uses.

Use light blades (fists/daggers), which match the class's speed and criticals. Light armor is the natural path: it keeps your mobility and also pairs with your Light Armor Mastery passive.

Early on, prioritize upgrading the weapon first — that is what raises your damage the most and speeds up farming. Then invest in armor to survive better, and finally in accessories that grant crit, accuracy or health.

Beginner step by step

  1. Create the character — choose the Assassin race and the Assassin (H) class. Confirm the look and enter the world to start from level 1.
  2. Do the first quests in the starting area — they teach the basics, give starting gear and a quick push of levels. Do not skip them, it is the easiest way to start.
  3. Turn on auto-hunt — auto-hunt makes your character farm on its own against monsters of your level. Enable it once you have a decent weapon and let it level up while you keep an eye on it.
  4. Follow the professions base → 1st → 2nd → 3rd — starting as a Starter, you change profession when you reach certain levels. Each change unlocks new skills and more power, so chase those class changes.
  5. Prioritize the right skills and passives — learn and keep active Dagger Mastery, Light Armor Mastery and Fitness, and use Strike in combat. They form the base of your damage and your defense.
  6. Get Adena and L-Coin — Adena comes from farming and selling items; L-Coin comes from missions, events and server rewards. Use both to buy weapon and armor upgrades.
  7. Always keep weapon and armor up to date — swapping gear as you level is what keeps farming fast. Old equipment stalls your progress.

Where to farm

  • Auto-hunt on monsters of your level — the safest and most consistent way to level up; leave the character farming targets that match your current power.
  • Move to harder zones as you evolve — when farming gets too easy, look for areas with stronger monsters to gain more experience and rewards.
  • Join a party for raids and bosses — in a group you can take on enemies that would be impossible alone, and split valuable drops.
  • Use the Season Pass and daily missions — they are guaranteed rewards every day that greatly speed up your progress and your wallet.

Common beginner mistakes

  • Facing too many monsters at once — with low HP, pulling a pack kills you fast; control how many enemies you draw in.
  • Spending all your mana early — your blue bar is small, so do not fire off skills non-stop; mix in basic hits.
  • Ignoring gear swaps — holding on to old weapon and armor leaves your damage and defense behind your level.
  • Trying to use magic — this class has no magic power; put everything into physical attack and criticals.

This is for you if…

  • You like being fast and aggressive — you love pressuring the enemy and always being on the move.
  • You enjoy criticals and damage spikes — you prefer hits that drop targets fast over slow, safe combat.
  • You accept a bit of fragility in exchange for power — you do not mind low health if it means hitting much harder.
