Missions overhaul: Dailies, Weeklies and the full Mission Level

We rebuilt the entire mission system. There's now a real progression loop: you run the Daily and Weekly Missions, they grant Mission Points, and those points fill the Mission Level bar — a 30-level reward track plus a Final Reward.

⚙️ How the loop works

1. Run the missions (Daily / Weekly) in the Missions window (Alt+U).
2. Some missions grant Mission Points.
3. Mission Points fill the Mission Level bar (the "Mission level" tab).
4. Every level lets you claim a reward. It takes 3000 points to reach Level 30.
5. The Mission Level resets on the 1st of each month at 6:30 (server time).

Doing the dailies every day (150 points/day) maxes Level 30 in ~20 days — with room for missed days. Weeklies speed it up further.

The Gold tier's Prime Raid Attendance Rune (1-Day) is a brand-new rune: +10% XP/SP while in your inventory, for 1 day.

🏆 Mission Level — rewards per level (1 → 30)

Every level grants a reward. Levels 10 and 20 grant two items (a jewelry pack + Pirate Fruit), and Level 30 grants the Doll Summon Coupon — which is also the featured Final Reward.
