Priest Bosses now drop epic rings + guaranteed enchant

The 4 Priest Bosses (the Epics' priests) are fixed: they now drop their epic ring/earring at 10%, Superior Spellbook at 20%, and ALWAYS an Enchant Weapon and Enchant Armor scroll (100%). See it all with icons.
